  • Contact forms (name, surname, email): to respond to questions, requests, quotes or service inquiries. If you do not provide the minimum required data, we may be unable to reply.
  • Blog comments (name and email): to identify you when you comment. Your name and (optionally) website may be visible to other visitors.
  • Client/account area (email): to create and manage your user account and grant access to the client area.
  • Billing and service delivery (name, surname, address, phone, email, tax/VAT ID): to process orders, invoices and customer support.
  • Newsletter (name, phone, email): with your explicit, voluntary consent, to send automated commercial updates about our services and/or products.

Under 16? If you are under 16, you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before sharing any personal data. We cannot verify ages with certainty and cannot accept liability if this rule is breached by a user.

2) Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

Depending on the purpose, we process your data on one or more of the following bases:

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to respond to contact requests, manage comments, ensure site security and prevent abuse/spam (balanced against your rights).

  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with tax/accounting and other mandatory requirements.

4) How we share data

We do not sell your data. We may share it with trusted processors (service providers) strictly to deliver our services (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, automation, etc.), under appropriate contractual terms. We may also disclose data to comply with legal obligations.

Some providers may process data outside your country (including the U.S.). Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) to protect your data.

7) Forms used on this website

  • Contact forms: facilitate direct communication (pre-contractual diligence). Processing is handled by our web and mail servers.
  • Advertising/marketing forms: collect minimal data (with prior consent) to add you to our email marketing list managed by the processors listed below.

  • Service request/checkout forms: collect data necessary to process your order. Data is stored on our web server and relevant systems.

8) Our processors (service providers)

We partner with third parties to operate our services. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes described here. Examples include (non-exhaustive list; see each provider’s privacy terms on their website):

  • Email & marketing: Mailchimp; ActiveCampaign; Mailtrack; ManyChat.
  • Project & workflow: Asana; Zapier; Coda.io.
  • Analytics & site tools: Google (e.g., Analytics, tag management); Apple services (where applicable); Facebook/Meta Pixel.
  • Web creation/landing pages: Leadpages; Typeform (forms/surveys).
  • Meetings & video: Calendly; Zoom; Skype (Microsoft).
  • Hosting & storage: SiteGround (hosting); Dropbox (cloud storage).
  • Payments: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.; Stripe Inc.; Pay U Latinoamérica (where applicable).
  • Messaging: WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited for EU users).

We review our providers periodically and may replace or add services if they offer equal or better safeguards. If material changes affect your privacy, we will update this Policy.

9) Newsletter policy

Our newsletter is an optional, periodic digital bulletin sent via an external email provider to users who have voluntarily subscribed. We do not guarantee a fixed sending schedule. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by writing to contacto@cofregamer.com.

Unless explicitly authorized, you may not redistribute newsletter content. Third-party content referenced in the newsletter remains the responsibility of its author/provider. All material is protected by copyright; where it belongs to third parties, we use it under the permissions agreed with the rightsholder.

10) Data retention

  • Billing/purchases: retained for the legally required periods (e.g., tax/accounting).
  • Newsletters and blog comments: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until they are no longer necessary for the stated purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time or contact contacto@cofregamer.com to manage your data.

11) Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No online system is 100% secure; we continually improve our safeguards in line with industry practice.
